I am doing a bit of a cleanup in my studio and I have a couple items that I am no longer using that I now have for sale.

LowePro X100 Camera Bag. This is an awesome bag, and it’s in great condition. Thlis will easily hold 2 bodies, a couple flashes and 3-4 lenses. It rolls really well and even converts to a backpack! It also is carry on compatible and even fits under the seat on those small Dash 8 planes they send to Timmins. I’ve only had for for about a year.

The only reason I am selling it is I need a bigger bag!

Black Rapid RS-5 Cargo strap. This is an awesome strap and it’s less than a year old. The only reason I am selling it is that I also have the RS-4 strap and I just find it fits me better and I am not really using the extra space in the strap that the RS-5 offers.

Outdoor Winter Glamour

I was outside photographing too very beautiful ladies in the dead of winter when unexpectedly a gentleman rides by on his snow machine wondering what the heck is going on!

And then it struck me… the snowmobile would be a great prop. So I introduced myself, and asked Dean if we could borrow his snow machine for a few minutes!

It just proves that if you don’t ask you never know!

One of the things I love the most about Boudoir sessions is getting to create beautiful, sexy images that truly reflect my client’s personalities. Renelle is a beautiful Northern Girl. What does that mean? It means she likes beer, hockey and of course fishing! When she told me she had a pink fishing rod, I just knew exactly how I wanted to use it to create this beautiful image!

Fall is a beautiful time of year and unfortunately it is way too short a season in Northern Ontario. These images were created at the tail end of the fall season and most of the leaves had already fallen. But as you can see, it is still a beautiful time of year to capture precious family memories.

Mel and Dave decided to purchase the one with them walking away since they had never had such a creative image of their family and they wanted something very creative, and innovative to hang on their wall. It looks beautiful as a 24″x36″ Canvas!

Environmental Business Portrait

This morning I had a really fun shoot to create a professional business portrait (a.k.a Head shot for Marnie, a local dance teacher. Now Marnie is not just a regular dance teacher she is the owner of the Northern Ontario School Of Scottish Dance. Marnie needed a new head shot since she is being interviewed for Celtic Life Magazine and they asked her to submit an image.

When I arrived at her dance studio, I noticed this beautiful green Tartan blanket and I thought it would be a great personal touch to include in the photo.

Timmins Commercial Photographer – Good Life Cover

Last summer, the Good Life Gym in Timmins celebrated their 1 year anniversary and hired me to capture the event. I was asked to take some candids during the classes and also take a photo of each of the instructor groups. Good life was going to use these images to submit to their National publication. And behold, the cover of the 2012 Summer magazine:

Family Photography in Timmins

I love creating a montage of images for my clients. Here is an example of a montage using three outdoor images that I captured this summer. Each of these is a Canvas Gallery wrap measuring 20×30 inches and it just looks great on the wall over the couch.

It was important to the family to capture the whole family unit in a single portrait , but they also wanted me to create a chidlren’s portrait for each of their children who were 4 and 6 years of age at the time. The result was a beautiful wall decor collection that they prominently display in their living room

Canadian Cancer Society Habs Alumni Hockey

My friends know that I am not exactly a big hockey fan, or any sport fan really. But I do believe in supporting the Canadian Cancer Society whenever I can. For the last year, I have sponsored many events for them and the Habs Alumni game was no exception.

Back when i was still in grade school, I remember my best friend Derek being a huge HABS fan and his favorite player was Guy Lafleur. To this day, if someone says Hockey the image of Guy Lafleur is the first thing that comes to mind. I was lucky enough to get to photograph him and get a photo as a keepsake. (Thanks to my assistant Julie for taking the pic). Of course, I was so thankful Julie was able to help me that I also made sure to get a photo of her and Delorme.
